unfortunately for …
unfortunately for me, rest isn’t really an option since i’m a postman and all, and walking is half my job. haven’t tried heat and ice but don’t have the time at the crack of dawn. the video is right though, it does flippin hurt in the morning.

Finally real advice, from unbias professionals who aren’t trying to give me a sales pitch and make me shell out cash for whatever “revolutionary” product they’re hawking…..
Truth is, Ice, Heat, Rest, Night Splint and Orthotics are the way to go…
